One of the emperor's generals. Comes from a secretive noble house tasked with handling all manners of shady affairs of the empire. Does not care about the negative reputation such a role brings and even takes advantage of it, taking the blame for things in place of the emperor.
Uses every means at his disposal to ensure the best outcome for the empire and its people. Is very suspicious of and carefully evaluates anyone he sees as a potential threat, but despite his intimidating appearance, he is very loyal and protective of those he trusts.
