A sinister browbird from a secretive noble house tasked with handling all manners of shady affairs of the empire. Does not care about the negative reputation such a role brings and even takes advantage of it, taking the blame for things in place of the emperor.
Uses every means at his disposal to ensure the best outcome for the empire and its people. Is very suspicious of and carefully evaluates anyone he sees as a potential threat, but despite his intimidating appearance, he is very loyal and protective of those he trusts.

Design notes
- Height: 188 cm
- Winged "star" above his head is a crest and is not optional.
- Nose stripe is mandatory and not a stylistic choice. Can be drawn as a marking without an outline.
- Hair always covers his left eye.
- All wings aside from wing ears can be hidden.
- Serpent of death is also optional and can be drawn as tiny wisps shaped like bats instead.
- Tail end is tough and sharp, similar to a dagger.
